Hello and welcome to College Money Making Ideas. My name is Amber and in addition to being the Editor to this site, I’m also the Editor at Teen Money Making Ideas.

As a teenager, I started making money when I was 13 years old. I had all the typical jobs that teenagers have such as working in fast food joints and retail stores. I even had a job in door to door sales selling magazines (ugh, I really hated that!). And as I gained more experience and people skills I worked as a receptionist in a few companies and later as a stock broker’s assistant in a large brokerage firm. However, I was never satisfied working for other people – I had a burning desire to work for myself.

At 19, I formed my own cosmetics company. That was a blast! Later, I started my own import business-  selling a unique clothing line. I learned heaps from that experience!

As the Internet became more and more popular, I gained more interest in working online. Eventually, I figured out that there is money to be made on the Internet and have been making money with it ever since. From working as a freelancer in many different areas to running my own membership sites, I’ve seen it all!

As a college student myself, I’d like to share with you all the ways that I’ve learned to make money from all my teen money making ideas to ways I learned to make college money. I hope you’ll take this journey with me so that I can share with you all the things that work and all the things that don’t work and should stay away from.
