Exercise is important to staying healthy, young and fit.  The motives and types of exercise vary based on the desired outcome.  For instance, if you want to lose weight you need to do aerobics; those that want to build muscles lift weights, and people seeking stress reduction opt for yoga.  Many people find it hard to start and stick to any type of exercise regimen because they have no motivation or accountability.  But those using personal trainers are held accountable for not performing, are likely to stay on track, have increased motivation, and reach their goals.
