Having a college degree was a requirement for the Baby Boom generation and while a degree is still important, in today’s workforce, employees are being judged for their abilities and not necessarily their credentials. If you don’t have a college degree or do not want to attend college, don’t make the mistake of thinking you will be earning minimum wage all your working life. There are opportunities out there just for you.
